O-Ring Speed Clips
The Preferred O-Ring Clip System speeds the installation of RPV O-Rings by using permanently mounted Speed Posts and engineered push-type Speed Clips. The Tools are offered with and without metal mirrors to allow viewing of the installation process while maximizing distance from the RPV head.

O-Ring Support Tools
The O-Ring Support Tools are easy-to-use, magnetically held tools. The plastic construction prevents O-Ring damage while supporting both O-Rings. The use of the Tools frees the installer to concentrate on the O-Ring installation. Crew size can be reduced due to the use of clip installers to save additional dose.

O-Ring Storage Boxes holds 2 or more sets
The O-Ring Storage Boxes are stainless steel construction with plastic O-Ring support Saddles to prevent O-Ring damage. Two sets of O-Rings can be stored in the Box prior to head movement. Storage Covers prevent O-Ring damage from debris or tools prior to use. In the event that an O-Ring is damaged, the backup set can be put in place without an RPV head lift.
